Social Media is the stuff. It’s amazing how much data and interaction you can grab from your profiles and yet businesses still neglect their social media channels. Most are up to code but a lot still need a helping handing to bring up both engagement and understanding of platforms.

Most of your customers search you on facebook, twitter and other platforms to see how established and trusted you are. It’s a big form of vetting – I do it, thousands of people do it. If a company isn’t paying attention to their social platforms something could be up. Are they ok? Are they real? Most of your potential customers and users will drop out at this point and go to a competitor. Don’t let that happen.
